Board Meeting                                   April 10, 2017                         7pm

 Minutes

Attendance: Chairman Neale Jones, Supervisor Bob Long, Treasurer Sue Nampel, Clerk Susan Johnson, Assessor P. Joseph Plasil.

3. The Board meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by Chairman Neale Jones, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
4. The Minutes were reviewed by the Town Board, on a motion by Supervisor Long to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Chairman Jones. Motion Carried.
5. The Treasurers Report was read by the Town Treasurer, on a motion by Supervisor Long to accept the report as read, and seconded by Chairman Jones. Motion Carried.

10. The monthly bills were read by Chairman Jones, Supervisor Long made a motion to pay monthly bills and Chairman Jones seconded. Motion Carried.
11. Correspondences;
12. DCLR & PD sent notice of and approved Land Use Permit for Peter and Cindy McFarland for a new barn.
13. Reports;
14. There were no Fire Reports due at meeting time.

16. ATV/UTV Ordinance is still pending.

19. Miscellaneous;
20. The Town of Shields Road Review will be Friday, April 29, 2017 weather permitting.
21. Town of Shields 11^th Annual Road Side Clean Up will be held on April 22, 2017. The Town will provide garbage bags, water bottles and cookies.
22. The Town of Shields Annual Board Meeting will be held on April 25, 2017 at 7pm at the Emmet Town Hall.
23. Chairman Jones will take care of the graffiti painted on the bridge on Walton Road.
24. Public Comment-none to report..
25. Next month’s meeting date; May 8, 2017 at 7 pm at the Emmet Town Hall.

Chairman Jones called for the meeting to be adjourned at 7:29pm and Supervisor Long seconded. Motion Carried Meeting Adjourned.
