Notice is here by given that a special town meeting of the Town of Shields, Dodge County, Wisconsin, will be held at the town at the Emmet Town Hall, W6777 Second Street Road, Watertown, WI 53098. On November 14, 2022, following the Budget Hearing of the Electors. The purpose of the meeting is to change the position of and Elected Assessor to an Appointed Assessor. A request for the meeting having been made by the Town Board of the Town of Shields, Dodge County.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 14, 2022 held at 7:30 pm, at the Emmet Town Hall, W6777 Second Street Road, Watertown, WI will hold PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2023 BUDGET of the Town of Shields in Dodge County will be held. The proposed budget is available for inspection at the town clerk’s office by appointment 920-261-7154.

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 14, 2022 immediately following completion of the monthly Board Meeting @ 7pm, Public Hearing of the Electors on the proposed 2023 Budget, at the Emmet Town Hall, W6777 Second Street Road, Watertown, WI a Special Town Meeting of the Electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1) (c) of the Wisconsin Statutes by the town board of the following proposed will be held.

  1. To adopt 2022 tax levy to be paid in 2023 pursuant to the Section 60.10(1) (a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
