5. DCLR & PD sent a Letter of Intent Notification of a Minor Land Division for Todd and Kandace Blank at N886 Barry Road to allow for a single-family residence.

4. DCLR&P Dept. sent a Letter of Rezoning Notification for Todd and Kandace Bland at N886 Barry Road to rezone 4.5 acres of land to rezone from A-1 Prime Agriculture to A-2 General Agriculture land for a single-family residence.
