Board Meeting December 10, 2018 7pm
Minutes
Attendance: Chairman Neale Jones (by phone), Supervisor Peter McFarland, Supervisor Ron Johnson, Treasurer Sue Nampel, Clerk Susan Johnson, Assessor P. Joseph Plasil.
- The Board meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm by Chairman Neale Jones, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
- The Minutes were reviewed by the Town Board, on a motion by Supervisor McFarland to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Supervisor Johnson. Motion Carried.
- The Treasurers Report was read by the Town Treasurer, on a motion by Supervisor Johnson to except the report as read, and seconded by Supervisor McFarland. Motion Carried.
- The monthly bills were read by Clerk Johnson, Supervisor McFarland made a motion to pay monthly bills and Supervisor Johnson seconded. Motion Carried.
- Correspondences;
- DCLR & PD sent notice of an Approved Land Use Permit for a Barn at W7767 Quarry Road.
- Dodge County Treasurer sent information that they will be electronically withdrawing the Dodge County Taxes portion going forward.
- DCLR & PD sent notice of an Approved Land Use Permit for Ken Hemker for the addition of a kitchen extension.
- UW Extension sent notice of the January – May 2019, Local Land Use, Planning and Zoning Classes available.
- Reports;
- There were no monthly Fire Reports.
- Old Business;
- The new Waste Management Agreement was signed. The new monthly cost to the township is $550.00.
- New Business;
- Discussion took place of combining the Treasurers job with the clerks’ job. More discussion will be held at the Annual Meeting of the Electors.
- Miscellaneous;
- Caucus date will be January 7, 2019 at 7pm.
- Public Comment-None to report.
- Next month’s meeting date; January 14, 2019 at 7 pm at the Emmet Town Hall.
Chairman Jones called for the meeting to be adjourned at 7:40 pm and Supervisor Johnson seconded. Motion Carried Meeting Adjourned.
