    1. Dodge County Land Resources and Parks Dept. sent a notice of approval for a Land Use Permit for R. Zechzer at N101 N. Engelhart Rd. Watertown WI 53098 for a detached garage.

    1. DCLR & PD sent Letter of Intent form for Minor Land Division for Dennis Stilling agent for Lectric Farms LLC site address being W7864, W7979 and W8018 Wood Rd. Watertown WI for the creation of a 3.2-acre nonfarm single family residence lot. The Planning Commission met on July 23rd and approved.
    2. DCLR & PD sent a Conditional Use Permit Notification for Dennis Stilling agent for Lectric Farms LLC site address being W7864, W7979, and W8018 Wood Rd. Watertown WI for a creation of an approximate 3.2-acre non-farm single family residence lot.  The Planning Commission met on July 23rd and approved.
    3. Appoint Planning Commission Board Member’s.  3-year term renewal for Tony Peirick, Shannon O’Gorman, Sandy Macht, and Rachel Schroeder.
    4. Review of changes to Ordinance Number 94-1 Recycling Ordinance for updates.
    5. Review of changes to Ordinance Number 2008-01 Recycling Program Compliance Assurance Plan.

    1. August Elections will take place on August 13th from 7am-8pm at Emmet Town Hall.
    2. Open Book will be held at Emmet Town Hall September 9th from 9am till 12pm and 1pm till 4:30pm.
